Founded in September 1965, Harry Russell Elementary is an important part of the West Carrollton community. At Harry Russell, we believe it is important for families and school to work together and share the responsibility for student success. We pursue the West Carrollton Mission to Engage Students’ Minds, Muscles and Imagination on a daily basis and work to move your student forward on their journey to continuous improvement.

Harry Russell serves students in Grade 4 with an award winning staff. The students are provided many opportunities to explore various interests through the clubs that range from leadership to academic, to special interest. At Harry Russell, we also emphasize the 42 Developmental Asset framework, as well as 21st Century Skills in all classrooms.
