Named for former judge and West Carrollton alumnus Frank William Nicholas, Frank Nicholas Elementary school was established in 1957 in the city of Moraine, Ohio. Nearly 200 students from the Moraine community call Frank Nicholas home.
Designated a School of Promise by the Ohio Department of Education, the Nicholas staff has initiated programs that provide focused intervention and enrichment to students in grades one through five. Our exemplary practices include:
