Related Arts - Chorus

Mrs. Tobey teaches at both West Carrollton Middle School and Harry Russell Elementary. She graduated from Pittsford High School in Pittsford, New York. She has a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and Biology from Wells college. She also attended Wright State University where she received a Bachelor's degree and Master's degree in Music Education. Mrs. Tobey is married and has five children and three grandsons. She plays the viola in the Miami Valley Symphony. She also conducts the pit orchestra for WCHS musicals. Mrs. Tobey enjoys scrapbooking, hiking, and playing with her grandsons.
