ENROLLMENT INFORMATION

BEGINNING JUNE 1 --- Enrollment forms are available online or may be picked up at the Board of Education Office. All forms must be completed before returning them, along with the required documents listed on the enrollment web page.

 

Only one family at a time will be permitted into the Board of Education Office. 

A face mask must be worn by anyone coming into the office. You may schedule an appointment to submit your completed enrollment packet, along with required documents, by contacting Angi Cotter at 937-859-5121, ext. 1100. If you do not have an appointment, you may have a wait. Appointments will be honored before walk-ins.

Online Instruction Resources

The links in RED are supplemental resources chosen to assist staff in preparing instruction for online/distance learning.  There are numerous online resources available, however, the items on this page are credible resources and almost all of them are FREE.   This list will continue to be updated. 

Video

Explain Everything- Online whiteboard.  Record on a virtual whiteboard that can be shared through a link with students.  Students can reply back to video. 
Google Meet Hold office hours and/or record lessons in Google Meet.  File is saved in your Google Drive, link to the video is emailed to you after recording is complete. 
Screencastify Is an add-on to the chrome browser.  Create videos using your webcam or screen.  Saves automatically to your google drive.  5 minute limit
Screencast-o-matic Create videos using your webcam, screen, or both.  Recording can be edited.  Video file created at the end of recording. 
ZOOM A video conference call website. Available as an app also.  

Text Message

Talking PointsTalking points allows you to text message EL students in their native language.  Account creation is free.  Online application.

Digital Portfolio

Seesaw - Students can take pictures, record and share presentations. Good for all subject areas. Great way for students to demonstrate their understanding. App available for smartphones.
Flipgrid - Create a prompt and get a video response.  Students sign in using their school email account. App available for smartphones.
