Harry Russell Elementary and Harold Schnell Elementary have long served the needs of West Carrollton School District students. Thousands of students have passed through the doors of each school. Hundreds of educators and support staff have cared for students.
We are proud of our history and look forward to the opening of West Carrollton Elementary for the 2025-26 school year. An open house for each school was held in early May. If you did not get to attend, you can enjoy the memories and watch the decade go by.
