MARCH 21, 2026:
Orchestra students from West Carrollton Middle School performed at the OMEA Jr. High Solo and Ensemble Adjudicated Event. These 7th- and 8th-grade students have been working outside of class to prepare music that they performed for a judge, who gave them a rating and valuable feedback. Prior to the event, they played in front of their peers in a practice run-through. Marissa Ericson, Director of Orchestras, stated, "I was impressed by how they handled themselves during the practice and during the event."
