Asynchronous Days for Inclement Weather

Watch for information regarding Asynchronous Days due to inclement weather to be announced on the district website at westcarrolltonschools.com and on Facebook at West Carrollton City Schools as well as through local television stations including channel 2, 7, 22 and 45.
The Board of Education understands the importance of education for every student, especially as students continue on a hybrid schedule. Because of this, the Board has approved the use of asynchronous days to be used in the event inclement weather occurs. This means that students would login from home to their Google classroom and complete work assigned by their teachers.

Going Paperless with FinalForms

We are very excited to announce that the West Carrollton School District has partnered with FinalForms, an online forms and data management service that will be replacing paper forms. FinalForms allows you to complete and sign enrollment, back-to-school and athletic participation forms for your students. The most exciting news is that FinalForms saves data from season-to-season and year-to-year, meaning that you will never need to enter the same information twice! FinalForms also pre-populates information wherever possible, for each of your students, saving you time.
