The day ended with some March Madness at the ECC. The staff was divided into the Red and Green teams to play basketball. Students cheered for their favorite team! The last we heard, Red was in the lead, but Green was strategizing for a comeback. Go Pirates!

Meet Keziah. She is in first grade in Miss Reichart’s class, and says about her teacher, “She’s very nice. She is pretty.” Her favorite subjects are math, reading, and science because “They make me learn and I get to do a lot of projects.” While at school, she enjoys parties with snacks and being on the classroom carpet, where she gets to read books. Outside of school, she likes to do homework, play, and watch television. Someday she would like to be an astronaut and says her grandma promised she would take her to space. Keep reaching for the stars, Keziah! No matter if you’re here on earth or in space, you will always be a Pirate. #wcpiratepride #wcclassof2037

Snowballs were flying in the ECC gym! Fortunately, the snowballs are fluffy and don't melt. Students had a lot of fun while enjoying this physical activity and working on coordination skills.

Dental Hygiene students from Sinclair have a direct connection to the Tooth Fairy, and they are part of the Tooth Fairy Squad. The Tooth Fairy sends out squad members to teach young children about the importance of brushing their teeth and flossing. Children even learn about foods that are good for their teeth.
